Description:

HR Advisor required for a permanent position based in Inverness.
The successful candidate will be required to provide general HR and Employment Law advice, and support General Managers by:

1. Providing operational support,
2. Attending Regional Meetings in order to provide briefings and updates,
3. Audit compliance with HR Policies and Procedures,
4. Identify potential areas/issues of wider concern and feedback to HR Management.

This role requires Candidates to have current generalist HR experience and looking of applicants with strong experience in handling disciplinary, grievance, sickness and performance management issues.
Candidates must be CIPD qualified and have excellent communication skills.
